When you have rung up the customers order in Ideal POS, you can enter in the next pager number.
The kitchen will get the order with this number on the docket.
When the meal is ready, the Bistro Pager number is entered on the keypad and the Customer's Pager will vibrate, beep and flash to alert. So your customer can be anywhere on premise and still be notified
when their meal is ready for collection.
