From 1st July 2011, upgrades from Ideal POS System 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 and 5.5 will be chargeable at full price if you are not on an annual membership plan. Members get discounts!!

Many of you have taken advantage of our free upgrade offer to version 6 which was advertised via our newsletter, and we thank you for making the effort to get your business onto the current version of the software. Providing technical support on old versions of software can be very difficult for both you and our support guys.
Please be aware that if you do contact our office for technical support we will have to charge for our support time.
 
You must get assistance in upgrading between versions (you can upgrade the build numbers in an existing version yourself if on a annual membership) but version changes are often much more complicated and involve database conversions. You have been warned :)
