QUICK SUPPORT - This is a remote access tool which allows MCR to connect to your POS terminal, for clients who own copies of Idealpos ver 5.5 or above this tool is pre-installed with your software.
If you are unable to view or find answers using the above mentioned resources paid technical support is available from MCR.
